Too little lying at the pool and shower at pool did not work.

Breakfast was excellent. Large selection, friendly service.

The rooms are kept a little dark, could be a little brighter/friendlier.

Checking in was quick and uncomplicated. SPA varied and fully operational. Space for racing bike was available.

At the bar and restaurant, and also in the SPA, the staff was not really guest-oriented. As German-speaking Swiss, the quickly spoken French sentences were difficult to understand.

Very good location and easy to reach by car. Nice lobby with a lot of space and a great bar.

Rooms are rather small and a little dark in the equipment (is of course a matter of taste).

The room was impressive and had excellent views of the mountains.

The view was phenomenal and even better than expected. The room was very clean.

Unfortunately the rooms were very dark, the light could have been better. The breakfast was good, but some variety was missing.

Very convenient location with parking across the street. Easy walking access to the shop and restaurants.

Excellent friendly staff. We had a superior room with a balcony overlooking the mountains which was well worth paying extra for. The location was great for restaurants and the town.

It's a stylish place, looking very pristine and with wonderful views out to the mountains. The room was spacious with a big balcony. The spa facilities are kept spotless and are great to use after a hard day skiing. The hotel is well located, right next to the main bus stop for all ski routes, ski hire right opposite and within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The hotel staff are also friendly and very efficient.

The only breakfast option is the buffet for 12 Euro. Although this gave a large range of good quality food, nearly 12 quid is a lot to spend for breakfast every day and it would be good to have other options. The rooms didn't have any tea-making facilities (but the friendly bar staff would happily give you a mug of hot water to take back to the room!)

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the bedroom and enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

I would have liked to have had some drawers in the bedroom and some hooks to hang my ski clothes on.

Simply superb - how is this hotel only a 3 star???? Staff were great, food was amazing and the quality of everything within the hotel was top notch.

The staff was super helpful, and the heated pool was great. The location made it easy to access all the fun activities.

The room lighting was a bit dim. A brighter setting would have made it more comfortable.
